About Skilium
Built from practice.
Not theory.
Skilium was built on 500 workshops before it had a name. The methodology comes from running real AI programmes across AWS, IBM, TEDx, and 14+ major events β learning what actually helps people apply AI well, and stripping away everything that doesn't.
Meet the founder
Noor Aftab is the founder and lead instructor of Skilium. She's a former IBM and AWS technical specialist with deep experience in cloud, data, and machine learning systems.
Noor has delivered 500+ workshops and keynotes across 14 countries. Her teaching philosophy: AI literacy is plumbing, not magic. The goal of every workshop is that people walk out with a working artifact β a prompt library, a deployed agent, a usable runbook β not a slide deck and a hangover.
“If it can't work for my 94-year-old grandmother and be teachable to my 10-year-old twins, it's not ready.”

The Skilium approach
Practitioner-first
Every concept is tested against real users across every skill level β from ML researchers to people who've never opened an AI tool. If it doesn't work for both, it doesn't ship.
Outcomes, not attendance
We define measurable success before session 1. We deliver an impact report after. You never have to defend this budget line with vibes.
Vendor-neutral
We teach whatever tools your team actually uses. Claude, GPT, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, LangChain β we have no vendor allegiance. The best tool for your job is the right answer.
Signal, not slop
No stock photos of robots. No "transformative AI journey" copy. No partnerships we haven't earned. Everything on this site is real β the numbers, the logos, the results.
Work with Skilium
Building something together β not just buying a training slot.
